Shortly after we started Biller, a whole bunch of capital investors started beating down our door to get in on it. In the end, we partnered with Banking Circle, because they clearly see Biller’s potential to solve a real market challenge. We need talented people with the right skills to turn that potential into reality.

We are looking for people people. You are energetic, engaged and always ready to help, advise and be dependent on. You will be the touchpoint to Billers customers, so you communicate well no matter the format (email, phone, chat). You can put yourself in someone else's shoes and you can walk the talk - when you say you're on it, it's going to get done. You can communicate and collaborate well with others and are ready to give feedback to our product, marketing and commercial teams on how we can all serve our customers better.

You'll

  • Be the voice of Biller. How you engage our customers is the way they think of us
  • Have to be creative, understand our business and how it works and solve complex customer problems within those parameters
  • Resolve problems quickly and correctly because you know that that's what matters to the person on the other end

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are fluent in Dutch and English
  • You know that it takes empathy and enthusiasm to deliver great customer oriented service
