As an Integration Manager, you will play a key role within our Integration team and you will be responsible to ensure quality integrations with our Sellers and Partners while ensuring a high level of support throughout the integration process. Next to that, you will play an important part by making sure customer requirements and feedback is funneled back to the Product & Engineering teams to make sure the integration process is constantly improved and customer needs are met.
Develop and manage end-to-end integration projects and ensure on-time delivery with our Sellers
Own the integration life cycle of new Sellers after signing to the first Biller transaction by communicating closely with them
Provide our Sellers with deep knowledge of our payment product and best practices to ensure the best possible integration
Identify, scope, and drive process and product improvements to shorten the integration life cycle
Work cross-functionally with a number of teams, including Sales, Engineering, Product and many more to help build the best B2B payment product

Have a university degree or gained relevant experience in a technical field
Have prior experience in pre-sales, technical integration, or technical project management
Are a self-starter, autonomous and proactive: we’re looking for someone who will get things done and improve processes whenever the opportunity arises
Have experience with technical documentation, HTML & REST API’s
Are able to break down complex problems into simple solutions and ideas
Have a good understanding of e-commerce shop systems and/or payment systems.
You are fluent in translating something technical to something understandable for everyone
Speak and write fluent in English and native in Dutch
