Shortly after we started Biller, a whole bunch of capital investors started beating down our door to get in on it. In the end, we partnered with Banking Circle, because they clearly see Biller’s potential to solve a real market challenge. We need talented people with the right skills to turn that potential into reality.

You love diving into the details, structuring data and being on top of even the greatest administrative task. You go beyond the numbers and find the right strategies to execute at the right time. You are a source of truth that others can depend and rely on. You assess what happened in the past so that we can shape a better future.

You'll

Be responsible for all daily accounting and bookkeeping, including invoices, accruals, and provisions
Maintain GL accounts, reconcile balance sheet items and documentation for review
Support on the preparation of financial statements and audit
Improve the way Biller does accounting and reporting by taking part in, or leading projects and initiatives to automate process, integrate services, conduct analysis

You have

A degree from a university in a numerate subject (e.g. Accounting, Finance or Business)
More than two years experience in an accounting position
Strong conceptual & problem solving ability
You are tech savvy, a good understanding of accounting systems in general
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
You are fluent in English
Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
