You are the why, behind our product

Shortly after we started Biller, a whole bunch of capital investors started beating down our door to get in. In the end, we partnered with Banking Circle, because they clearly see Biller’s potential to solve a real market challenge. We need talented people with the right skills to turn that potential into reality.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercial leader that understands how to launch a new service in a new market. You have multiple years of experience selling a payment, e-commerce or Saas solution and know how to build and guide a team. You know the payment and e-commerce space, like no other and you get your daily dose of energy from pushing the business and achieving ambitious goals. You will spearhead Biller’s Belgian operation and your ‘get-shit-done’ attitude and ability to structure the game plan is key to your success. 

You'll

  • Define and scale Belgian team, working directly with the executive team and functional leads to set the strategy and operations in the entire market
  • Manage and deliver the business goals for Biller in Belgium and make Biller the premier BNPL B2B payment solution in the market
  • Recruit, lead and grow a high performing multi-disciplinary commercial team, with sales, partnerships, account management, delivery, analytics and marketing talent
  • Seed the culture for growing the Biller team across the market, sculpting a data-driven sales process that shapes the team’s day to day, creating a culture of openness and accountability and laying the foundation for the businesses’ expansion
  • Negotiate, structure and execute complex sales agreements achieving key growth objectives in new business
  • Visit customers and partners to understand their needs, then translating this into GTM and Product strategies to expand Billers European presence.
  • Serving as the senior escalation point in the market and driving a trusting relationship with policymakers and regulators.

You have

  • High energy, hands-on self-starter able to build sustainable merchant relationships
  • Experience in a client-facing role preferably in payments, e-commerce or Saas
  • Ability to understand complex technical merchant needs and define how Biller can contribute to achieving their goals
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to report on merchants success in a structured way
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are fluent in Flemish, French and English
  • Degrees are not relevant, mindset and attitude are
